Emblem

Description/Blazon
On a dark blue disc a white pentagon charged with five blue pheons, points to center, between five red pheons points out, radiating from a yellow five pointed star at center, all within a dark blue collar edged with narrow white and bearing in white letters the words "EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CONVENTIONAL AMMUNITION".

Symbolism
The pheon is a heraldic symbol for an arrowhead and alludes to ammunition.  The blue pheons pointing inward suggest procurement of ammunition and the central star suggests the Executive Director's Office.  The red pheons radiating from the star suggest dispersal throughout the armed services as symbolized by the pentagon.
